Salihli has many diversity in terms of eco-tourism in addition to undiscovered natural beauties, cultural events lived and made live. Beauties has been briefly referred at here under the main headings, we will be honored to host when you feel yourself ready to explore.


 
ADALA BRIDGE PICNIC AREA
The bridge built in 1954 was held by the municipality as a picnic area. The bridge integrates with the shadow of willow, sycamore and poplar trees cooled by the water pouring from the bridege feet. The bird singing and the sound of water make human spirit relaxed. The bird singing and the sound of water make human spirit relaxed. You will receive great pleasure to drink tea against the natural pools of water in this area indispensable for the summer days.
 
 
 
SU UCTU WATERFALL VE ADALA CANYON
You encounter a natural wonder about 2 km later when you follow-up the water pouring under Girl Bridge from both sides to the west. You will be fascinated with Su Uctu Waterfall and natural florence of volcanic canyon, blend of variety of plants and water from 25 m height.
 
 
 
 
 
 
  ATTALOS HORSE FARM
You can do nature walks and have picnic and also get horse riding lessons under an instructor's supervision in Adala District, Incirlidere. You can supply everything necessary for the picnic will be done under shades of trees without damaging from the Farm Buffet. Food and beverages from outside are not allowed.
 
FOSSIL FOOTPRINTS

It is understood that footprints, found in Divlittepe where is in 30 km southwest of the town, between the Adala and Gökeyüp district are twenty six thousands years old according to examination. There are three more examples of these footprints named 'The first human footprints' in world, in France, Italy and Hungary.

However, they found footprints only of a human being,  ones in Turkey belong to a male, a woman, a boy and a rabbit or dog, they are estimated to be the footprints of the animal. It is nominated for becoming the world's most important museum of nature. 

 

FAIRY CHIMNEYS (KULADOKYA)

 
Burgas area where is upper part of the Gediz River has an interesting natural structure. In the region which is exposed to severe winter rains, unseen fairy chimneys has occurred.
Sandy, clayey, calcareous and hard surfaced soil fairy chimneys gives an interesting displays. Inspired by yhe similarity in Cappadocia, some travelers named here as ' Kuladocia'
 
 
 
MARMARA LAKE AND TEKELIOGLU VILLAGE
The Marmara Lake is 16 km away to Salihli. It is a natural lake turned into a reservoir as a result of organizing works aiming at the protection of aquatic products to increase production, provision of irrigation water and flood control between the years of 1932-1953. The lake is in the boundaries of Salihli and Golmarmara. Lake hosts 101 kinds of birds due to the presence on the migration route of birds.
Tekelioglu village of Marmara is a village attractied many domestic and foreign tourists with natural beauty of the royal tombs and the ancient city of Sardis. and the production of organic agricultural products by Local people of the village who do fishing and farming for providing livelihoods.  The village has 115 households, population 380 people. There are a primary school, a wedding hall, one mosque, one village coffeeand ten toilets open to the public and guests. 
 
BOZDAG DISTRICT

Bozdag district is a green paradise established at the foot of Bozdag which has 2159 m heights and surrounded with walnut, chestnut, pine and cedar trees. Mermeroluk surrounded by pine trees is great picnic place with a six-century-old chestnut tree and fountain flowing ice-like water.A ski resort was established in Bozdag open to summer and winter tourism to take advantage of snow which is never far from Bozdag. It candidates to be Uludag of the Aegean region.

 

 

GOLCUK PLATEAU
Golcuk Lake and Plateau at the height of 2050 m of Bozdag, is like a corner of paradise adorned withchestnut, walnut, and pine trees.  In Golcuk, with it'senvironment, easy access and local cuisine that appeal to the tastes, lake shore has been equipped with restaurants, tea gardens, picnic areas, walking trails in the forest, local products and crafts sold in various shops and accommodation facilities.
 
GOKEYUP POTTERY
In Gokeyup District away from 50 km from Salihli, there are pots, orgin of them dates back to Central and made with  a special handshaped clay using the technique of wood-fired cooking. It is interesting that Native American tribes have been doing this in United States using the same technique and a special land.
 
 
 Despite the production of pottery for centuries and spreading all over Turkey, these pots silvery brown in color and called "Casserole" has lack of publicity and is not known so much.
